Godox DP400III studio flash has a Bowens S mount, a recycle time of 0.3 to 1s and 99 wireless ID settings (01-99). The flash is a fully equipped 400Ws monolight with useful functions. The colour temperature is 5600K and the flash duration is adjustable from 1/800s to 1/2000s.

You can set the power from 1/64 full power while the 150 Watt modeling lamp is adjustable to a percentage that matches the flash power. This will give you an accurate preview of your recording.
